Power lift reddit Recently i filmed myself squatting and i discovered that my heels lift of the ground when going low, so i came over wheightlifting shoes specificly both Nike Savaleos and Adidas powerlift 5, for me both are on my budget as a student and from what i read and heard they both serve the purpose atleast for their price. I lift because I want to be stronger for a sport but I also appreciate that I gain muscle by lifting to, admittedly gaining muscle increases my potential strength so is obviously useful. Nike Romaleos 4: more expensive (I found a 140€ sale). Has anyone used this type of chair? Is it really convenient for the elderly to use? Are there any inconveniences or drawbacks? I'd learn basic barbell patterns, press, row, pull, lift, curl, extensions, and squat variations. I'm not sure if my bench is my best lift due to my leverages or since I've been training it the longest. I have put on a lot of muscle and it's just amazing how I feel about myself now compared to before.
